JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team.
JBL Hawaii, a subsidiary of Jeld-Wen, and one of Hawaii’s largest suppliers of Doors, Frames and Door Hardware is currently seeking an experienced Door, Frame & Hardware Specialist to work to work in our Front Counter and Inside Sales Department. This person will work with an experienced and respected sales team representing and selling our extensive line of doors, frames and commercial & residential hardware products.

General Description of Duties:

• Maintain and oversee product lines
• Receive high volume of incoming telephone calls
• Help Walk-Up Customers
• Maximize margin on sales
• Provide price quotes and quote follow-up
• Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges
• Process and maintain customer orders
• Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders

Preferred Experience:

• Commercial and Residential Hardware product knowledge
• Commercial door and frame product knowledge
• Sales and customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent work habits
• Positive outgoing attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to promote and maintain a TEAM atmosphere
